What do I need to prepare the lemon mousse?
To prepare the mousse, you will need:
- Condensed milk
- Whipping cream, known in some countries as crème de leche
- Greek yogurt without sugar
- Lemon juice
Won’t the cream curdle?
If you mix milk or cream with lemon, it always curdles, right?
The secret to this recipe is that when you add the lemon to the mixture with condensed milk, the condensed milk will keep the mixture from curdling, giving you this creamy and delicious texture. Amazing right!
How to prepare this quick and easy dessert?
Preparing the mousse is very easy. Add the condensed milk, unsweetened Greek yogurt and cream to a bowl. Whisk it all together and add the freshly squeezed lemon juice. Keep whisking until the mixture thickens slightly and everything is well incorporated.
Once the mixture is ready, you can serve it in individual cups. Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for 4 hours, and it is ready to enjoy. You can decorate it with blueberries, strawberries, cream and even grated lemon peel.

Lemon mousse in 5 minutes. An easy and quick dessert.
- 350 g condensed milk
- 440 g greek yogurt
- 300 ml whipping cream
- 100 ml lemon juice
- In a bowl add the condensed milk, Greek yogurt and whipping cream. Whisk until combined.
- Continue beating and add the freshly squeezed lemon juice. Whisk until thickened and well combined.
- Pour the cream into individual cups and store in the refrigerator until well chilled.
